These terms govern your use of Voo, including accounts, Studio, camera sources, the watch page, plans, recordings, and optional YouTube delivery. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Voo lets you produce a live broadcast in the browser. Phones and computers can join as cameras, Studio selects the program, and viewers watch on a Voo page. YouTube may be used to deliver a live event when you connect your own channel and enable it for that broadcast. Features, limits, and availability can change, and some features depend on the plan attached to your account.
You must provide a valid name, email address, and password. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password, API token, and stream keys private. One person should not share an account in a way that lets others control broadcasts or connected YouTube channels without permission. We may refuse, suspend, or close an account that is inactive, insecure, or used in violation of these terms.
Plans, prices, billing periods, and limits (including viewers, sources, duration, storage, recording, and screen sharing) are shown on the Plans page and when you subscribe. A trial, if offered, is available once per account for the period shown at signup. Starting a new plan replaces the previous active plan. Cancelling or letting a plan end stops access to paid features when the current period ends. Amounts displayed at purchase are the amounts you agree to pay. Taxes may be added where required.
You keep ownership of the video, audio, titles, descriptions, media, and other material you upload or stream. You grant Voo a limited license to host, transmit, transcode as needed for playback, display, and, if you turn recording on, store that material so the service can operate. This license ends when you delete the material or close the account, except for copies already lawfully made by viewers or by YouTube if you sent the broadcast there.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to broadcast the content, including music, images, and footage of other people. You are responsible for complying with copyright and publicity laws.
Camera, microphone, and screen sharing start only after you request them and the browser permission is granted. You must not point a camera, microphone, or screen share at someone, or into a private space, unless you have the right to do so and any required consent. Do not share another person’s screen, account, or device without their permission. Stop the camera when the broadcast no longer needs it.
You choose whether a broadcast is public, unlisted, or private. Public broadcasts may appear on the live listing. Unlisted broadcasts are available to anyone with the link. Private broadcasts are not offered on the public watch pages. You are responsible for who you invite and for what you show.
Connecting YouTube is optional and uses your own Google account. Voo does not share one channel across users. When YouTube is enabled for a broadcast, going live may create or update a live event on the channel you connected, using the title, description, and privacy you set. Your use of YouTube is also subject to Google’s and YouTube’s terms and policies. Voo is not YouTube and does not control YouTube’s availability, monetization, or content rules. You can disconnect the channel in Settings.
You may not use Voo to:
We may remove content, end a live broadcast, or suspend an account that violates these rules.
The Voo name, interface, and software are owned by the operator of this website. These terms do not give you ownership of the service. You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer the service except where the law does not allow that restriction.
Voo is provided as available. Live streaming depends on browsers, networks, cameras, and, when you enable it, YouTube. We do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery, a particular viewer count, or that a recording will be complete. To the extent the law allows, the service is provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the extent the law allows, the operator of this Voo website is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of content, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for Voo in the three months before the claim. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them, including liability for fraud or for injury caused by negligence where that cannot be excluded.
You may stop using Voo at any time and may ask for your account to be closed. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, if we must do so for security or legal reasons, or if we discontinue the service. Sections that should survive by their nature, including content licenses already granted, acceptable use, disclaimers, and liability limits, continue to apply.
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new date. If you keep using Voo after the update, you accept the revised terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service and ask for your account to be closed.
Questions about these terms can be sent to the operator of the Voo website where you created your account. See also the Privacy Policy.
